History is not always what it seems.
Every year, forgotten journals, overlooked artifacts, and nearly-impossible to believe accounts resurface from attics, museum basements, estate sales, and abandoned collections.
Most are dismissed. A handful deserve another look. Someone within the Society is making sure you notice.
The Society for Improbable Discoveries
Since 1878, the Society For Improbable Discoveries has quietly investigated unusual reports, recovered forgotten artifacts, and preserved accounts that never entered the historical record.
